Jake Richardson Interview

Jake Richardson is a freelance illustrator based in Derbyshire with a masters degree in Visual Communication (Illustration) from The University of Derby. He focuses on creating simple conceptual illustrations by combining digital and physical processes; this is formed from a passion for printed ephemera and a keen interest in different illustration practices. Much of his work centres on editorial projects as this allows the viewer to engage with articles through conceptual interpretations of written text, providing a strong basis for other disciplines.
